What counts as a conversation?
One imported thread — a paste, one file from a ChatGPT/Claude export, or one API import. Re-imports and new versions of the same thread don't count twice; duplicates are detected automatically.
Which AI providers do you support?
Imports from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity and generic markdown/text. Processing runs on Anthropic, OpenAI or Google models — configurable per organization and per run.
Do you train models on my data?
No. Your conversations are processed only to produce your analyses and embeddings. Enterprise plans add region-pinned residency and private deployments.
How do citations work?
Every extracted item stores its source conversation and message anchors with verbatim quotes. Click any citation to jump to the exact message it came from.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month; your data stays exportable (markdown, JSON, HTML, CSV) on every tier — including Free.
